Registration and welcome reception on Nov. 7
Registration will start at 16:00 then until 20:00 on Nov. 7 (Mon.) at “Entrance hall” of the conference venue.
Welcome reception will be held between 18:00 to 20:00 at “Room P1” on the first floor.

Registration desk will open at 8:00 during the conference.
To avoid the crowd on the first day, please complete your registration on Nov. 7 if you can.

All attendees are requested to fill in the form prepared at the registration desk at first. Then please go to the line for pre-registration or on-site registration.

1. Pre-registered: In return to your form, you can receive your bag including your name tag, receipt, and program book.
2. On-site registration: Note that please, we can ONLY accept CASH in JPY. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

An ATM is located near the conference site, however, foreign cards might not be accepted.
We recommend you to prepare Japanese Yen at the international airport.

• New registration
1. Visit Online Registration Site.
2. Complete the online registration form.
3. Receive an e-mail for the confirmation.
  * "Registration ID" and "Password" are written in confirmation e-mail.


• Registration changes
1. Visit Online Registration Site.
2. Enter your "Registration ID" and "Password" and login to your registration page.
  * "Registration ID" and "Password" are shown in confirmation e-mail after new registration.
3. Change your registration.
4. Receive an e-mail for the confirmation.
  * Change of name and/or affiliation can be acceptable without cancel procedure.


• Cancel of registration
1. Visit Online Registration Site.
2. Enter your "Registration ID" and "Password" and login to your registration page.
  * "Registration ID" and "Password" are shown in confirmation e-mail after new registration.
3. Click "Registration Cancel" button.
4. Receive an e-mail for the confirmation.
  * Your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows.
    - 10% of the registration fee: Until Oct. 7, 2016
    - 100% of the registration fee/No-Refund: On or After Oct. 8, 2016
  * Change of name and/or affiliation can be acceptable without cancel procedure.

Registration fee includes: Abstract Booklet, Welcome Party, Banquet, Coffee Breaks

Cancel policy

• Your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows.
    - 10% of the registration fee: Until Oct. 7, 2016
    - 100% of the registration fee/No-Refund: On or After Oct. 8, 2016
  * Change of name and/or affiliation can be acceptable without cancel procedure.
