Registration is now open!<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to announce that MT27 registration is open now. Please read through this page and click the button at the bottom to access the registration website.<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MT27 will be held as a hybrid conference: on-site and on-line. You can choose to participate on-site or on-line. Even if you make registration for on-line participation once, you can upgrade it to on-site participation later. We, as the organizer, will not restrict participation from overseas. However, Japanese government is now asking all the travelers 14-Day Isolation after entering Japan. The situation might change in the future, but this is the current situation (on Sep. 8). Please refer to the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/a> to check the latest situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE 1: <\/span>The registration site is designed such that the participants of MT27 conference will make their own registrations. If you represent other participants for making registrations and payments, please contact MT27 LOC by e-mail (mt27@csj.or.jp).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE 2:<\/span> Please make registration by an email address which will be used for the login to the virtual platforms: Whova and oVice. Presenters MUST make registration by the email addresses used for abstract submission to Indico.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE 3: Presenters at the MT27 conference MUST complete the registrations by November 1, 2021. Registration later than November 2, 2021 may be considered as withdrawal.<\/span> We encourage the presenters to make registration by October 4 for the early-bird fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE 4: If a presenter make multiple presentations, he\/she MUST pay additional presentation fee(s) depending on the number of his\/her presentations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
